Amazon is seeking an experienced and empathetic Human Resources Manager to lead HR operations for a regional division. You will play a critical role in shaping workplace culture, fostering talent development, and ensuring compliance with employment laws and policies.

Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee relations, handling performance reviews, and developing training and wellness programs. You’ll serve as a strategic advisor to leadership on organizational design, compensation, DEI initiatives, and succession planning.

This role requires a deep understanding of labor law, HR software (like Workday or SAP SuccessFactors), and a proven ability to resolve conflicts, mediate disputes, and handle sensitive employee issues with discretion and professionalism.

The ideal candidate has a degree in human resources, business administration, or related fields, and at least 5 years of HR leadership experience. PHR or SHRM certifications are strongly preferred. You should also have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust across all levels of an organization.
